Teens hair drips in ice cream

I was at Kimball's on 8/6/08 and was waited on by a teenager that could of cared less. When she went to get our ice creams she bent over and her hair (ponytail) fell into the ice cream container. I mentioned to her that her hair had just gotten all over the ice cream and she shot me a look like who the *** cares. I also noticed that one of the scoopers constantly was licking her fingers in between each cone or dish. There ice cream is good but proper sanitation is first in my book. I am not sure if I will go back.
